CHARACTER SERIES: Pokemon,, specifically the Pocket Monsters (2019)/Pokemon Journeys anime series

This is the permissions list for OOC (out of character), activity.
Answer the following questions with "yes" or "no", as well as additional information if desired.
Backtagging: yes!
Threadhopping: you may do so in silly/lighthearted threads and if they’re in a public community or the characters are physically in the same space (the latter might need permission!), but don’t interrupt serious one-on-one conversations.
Fourthwalling: your character can know of Pokemon from the games, but as a general concept, no mention of the show or of her specifically, please don’t give her a shock!
Offensive subjects (elaborate): I’m fine with anything that isn’t sexual or blasphemous. Depending on my current state of mind, I might not even handle suggestive jokes well, so please try to avoid anything sexual around me, thank you!

This is the permissions list for IC (in-character), activity.
Answer the following questions with "yes" or "no", as well as additional information if desired. With IC permissions, it's a good idea to elaborate on what other players can expect from your character if they choose to do any of the following:
Hugging this character: sure! She’ll probably be confused and embarrassed if you aren’t close, though.
Kissing this character: cheek and hand kisses, okay!
Flirting with this character: in a goofy way a la Brock or Oshawott, sure, just keep it clean and short, don’t drag it out! She’ll probably just get embarrassed or call you a pain or something.
Fighting with this character: yes!! She used to take on wild Pokemon herself when her Axew was too inexperienced to battle himself. She grew up learning how to fight from wild Pokemon.. she’s swift and agile, etc.!
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): minor cuts, bruises, and scrapes, sure! Anything long-lasting like a broken bone will need to be discussed first.
Killing this character: discuss first!
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: yes, but I’d prefer discussing it first if it’s something important or in a game setting.
Warnings:
Iris is pretty unproblematic, her past is likely the only thing that might need a warning. She teases her friends (lovingly!) and can be very secretive, initially slow to trust and open up to others because of the ostracization she suffered in the Opelucid Academy.
[eating disorder, vaguely]
Her time there was quite difficult and she was so depressed from being unable to fit in and avoided by everyone for doing things like picking fruits from trees to eat, splashing in the fountain, and being unused to studying from books (likely relying more on oral tradition in her village)… this and homesickness made her so depressed that she stopped eating… until the kind dorm mother gave hee fresh berries like the ones she was used to picking, which she pur on sticks like kebabs.
At present, she’s definitely more open and receptive, so her Dragon empath powers work at will, and she has good friends!
